We train every XGI Security officer for success
XGI Security is outstanding because of our employees. We believe it is critical to train an individual to perform their duties, and equally important to promote development through continuing education and professional development. We prepare our employees through instructor-led classroom training, specialized certifications, 40 hours on-the-job training, refresher training and advanced training. Every officer assigned to a location is licensed, certified and fully prepared before ever working a shift on the site.
Our rigorous program of ongoing training produces professional security officers who are reliable, motivated, customer-service minded, and ready for any situation. It also results in lower turnover, less absenteeism, and higher standards of performance.
XGI instructor-led training approach provides our security officers with a well-rounded foundation of the technical and soft skills required to succeed as safety and security professionals at any location. Several of our instructors are former military drill sergeant, law enforcement trainers and professional developement coaches.
